The apartment boasts spectacular ocean views of the Maroochydore surf beach and coral sea and is in the middle of Cotton Tree. It’s self-contained, and furnished in a modern-day, coastal feel. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, spa-bath and TV and the second bedroom has two king singles that can be converted to a king bed. The main bathroom is ensuited to the second bedroom.

The large balcony, with a well-appointed outdoor table and chairs and a sun-lounge, showcases North-east with sunrises directly over the ocean. You’ll look south to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba and Point Cartwright and north to the mouth of the Maroochy River, Pincushion Island and beyond. The sea breeze on your balcony at night provides the much-needed holiday respite while looking south to the calming flicker of the Alex and Mooloolaba lights.

The well-appointed kitchen with stone bench-tops, large fridge, dish-washer, microwave, oven and cooktop contain everyday items including wine glasses, champagne flutes and a pack of special holiday extras such as snap-containers, cling-wraps, alfoil, paper-towel, serviettes, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets and more. THE LOCAL REGION AND BEYOND

The diversity of Cotton Tree with its surf beach and the Maroochy river provides abundant recreational options from patrolled beach swimming to river fishing, and hire opportunities for Paddle Board, Kayak, Jet ski and Boat hire (including BBQ Boat). With Boutiques, Bistros, Juice Bars, Fresh Produce, a FoodWorks supermarket, Gourmet Restaurants, a Sunday Market and an abundance of open-air Cafés, the Cotton Tree area provides a myriad of options and choice. The Sunshine Plaza shopping centre with its 12 screen Cinema Complex is 6 minutes on the local bus (Bus stop 20 metres from Resort – Route 600 every 15 minutes), and the Maroochy Bowls Club and Surf Clubs are both a casual 2-minute walk.
