Beautifully renovated one bedroom unit on the first floor with air-conditioner, security screens, ceiling fans and inground pool and just a few steps away from the beach.  Walk to everything in Cotton Tree –  beach, river, restaurants, shops, library and clubs.  Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza – with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

There’s plenty to see and do!! Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, Sea Life at the Wharf, Aussie World, Ginger Factory, Maleny Bird Sanctuary, Bellingham Maze and the Maroochydore Botanical Gardens. Local markets are held every Sunday at Fisherman’s Road and Cotton Tree and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. 
Take a scenic cruise or hire a tinny or a BBQ pontoon and spend the day on the river.
