EXTERIOR DESIGN The building forms and architectural expression are uncompromisingly modern with clean, bold lines and a simplicity that will endure. The play of light and shadow across the crisp white exterior elevations enhances the sophisticated composition of surface textures. The exterior materials have been selected to reinforce the modern forms of the building, reduce maintenance and ensure that the building will maintain their crispness over many years of exposure to the rigours of the Maroochydore's climate. INTERIOR DESIGN Interior spaces are an extension of the simple but refined exterior architectural language. Their tangible elegance of clean lines and subtle surfaces create the intangible - a feeling of calmness and contentment. Both the beach and the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre are just a five minute walk away.
